At Fuzzy Flicks, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Products Only
We will provide a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:
- Products that arrive damaged during shipping
- Products with manufacturing defects or faults
- Products that are significantly different from what was described or shown
How to Request a Refund
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@fuzzyflicks.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your claim:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Alternatively, we may offer a replacement product at no additional cost

- All sales are final unless the product is damaged or faulty
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference
- Refund requests must be made within 10 days since delivered
- Products must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
